The Fabian research agenda is currently focused on extending the
society's influential work on life chances and narrowing inequalities.
We are currently running major in-house projects on educational
inequality, and on the future of welfare and public services; with
further strands of activity on a range of the most significant issues
for the life chances agenda, including child poverty; inequalities at
birth; citizenship, integration and Britishness; housing and community
policy, and health inequalities.
Tim Horton is Research Director. Please contact him to discuss
partnership opportunities on current and future projects. Louise
Bamfield is leading our life chances and educational inequalities
reseach and James Gregory is a Research Fellow.
