About Events

The Fabian events programme hosts some of the most prominent public events in British politics. We hold major conferences, lectures and public debates and small invitation only expert policy seminars, including our prestigious Fabian Policy Networks working with a wide range of partner organisations. James joined the Fabian Society in June 2007. Prior to this he completed a PhD in political philosophy at the London School of Economics. He is the lead researcher on the joint Fabian Society/Webb Memorial Trust project, Tackling Poverty and Ineqaulity in an Age of Affluence. He is currently working on community and housing policy.
