Baroness Andrews lecture: Housing Provision for an Ageing Society PDF Print E-mail

Wednesday, 13th June 2007

In this lecture, DCLG Minister Baroness Andrews explored the Government's response to the future provision of housing for a growing and ageing society, and argued that housing policy must be at the heart of the social justice and social care agenda.

The lecture examined the political and policy response to the demographic and intergenerational pressures that we currently face, and which are likely to become increasingly acute in the future.

The lecture took place at the ICA, 12 Carlton House Terrace, London, on 13th June 2007. This event was kindly supported by Housing 21 and Care and Repair England.
