Ian Pearson seminar: Government Priorities in Tackling Climate Change PDF Print E-mail

Wednesday, 7th March 2007

Ian Pearson MP, Minister of State, DEFRA, led a discussion on the future priorities in environment policy for the Government over the next decade, in the first seminar in the 2007 EPN programme.

In light of fast-changing public attitudes and the political salience of the environment, the seminar asked what this means for future policy, and following the Stern Review, what the next steps are for allocating roles and responsibilities for the state, the individual and business?
