Seema Malhotra is a former Chair of the Fabian Society and of the Young Fabians. She is a senior manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in their public sector consulting division. She was also a London Assembly candidate in 2004, and has researched, written and spoken on a number of policy areas including civil and criminal justice, business ethics and public sector reform. She is a school governor and local community activist, and recently founded a community web site and local farmers' market.
