Housing Summit
The Fabian Society’s Housing Summit is a day-long conference bringing together leading decision makers and opinion formers to explore housing policy in depth.
- Date & Time: Tuesday 7 July 2026, 10:00 – 16:30
- Venue: Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), 12 Great George Street, London SW1P 3AD
The government has set out a series of ambitious targets on housing, including building 1.5 million new homes. At the Fabian Society, our Housing Centre is working in collaboration with key stakeholders from across the housing industry, policymakers and those with lived experience to develop practical but ambitious ideas to achieve 1.5 million good quality new builds, tackle the housing crisis and create great places to live.
The Housing Summit, in partnership with RICS and PEXA, will provide a platform to discuss these ideas and broader issues with leading voices from across the sector.
The programme will feature keynote speeches and breakout sessions covering a wide range of issues, including affordable homeownership, renters’ rights, homelessness, housebuilding under pressure, the future of flats and social housing.
Speakers to be announced shortly…
Registration is limited and will close on Monday 6 July at 12:00 am.
