Conduct when participating in the society’s activities
The society’s rules and by-laws state that people participating in society activities must be treated with dignity and respect at all times, free from harassment or discrimination. The society has a procedure for fairly addressing any concerns or complaints arising from participation in its activities, which is available on request from the General Secretary. Unacceptable conduct may result in exclusion from the society’s activities.
