Palma Oxley

Palma joined the Fabian Society in November 2025 and currently contributes to research on housing policy at the Fabian Housing Centre.
Before joining the Fabian Society, she worked as a consultant in government relations and corporate communications for clients working in the built environment, and at the Labour Party’s head office on their business relations team.
Palma has an MSc in Public Policy from the London School of Economics and wrote her dissertation on housing policy in the United Kingdom.
