A voice for the future: HOW LABOUR CAN SHAPE THE NEXT 20 YEARS OF DEVOLUTION

Share

A new report by the Foundation for European Progressive Studies (FEPS) and the Scottish Fabians finds that devolution is at risk from ‘no change’ unionists, and ‘no compromise’ nationalists, and argues for Scottish Labour to reassert itself as pro-UK, pro-devolution and passionately pro-Scottish.

The report argues that the path to victory for the UK Labour party relies on a revival in Scotland and also touches upon the lessons that can be drawn from other EU countries (Spanish case).

The findings are the result of a major year-long research project into the future of devolution in Scotland.

Contributors include Gordon Brown, Nicola McEwen, Martin McCluskey and Sarah Boyack MSP.
