Britain needs more homes, but delivering them at scale is no small task. From planning constraints and workforce shortages to rising costs and the complexities of developer contributions, significant barriers remain between blueprints and targets, and actual delivery.
This panel will ask what it will take to deliver on the government’s housing commitments, unlocking supply, improving affordability and creating great places to live.

Speakers:

  • Sem Moema AM – London Assembly Member for Hackney, Islington and Waltham Forest; Vice-Chair, Labour Housing Group
  • Iain MacSween – Managing Director, Hallam Land
  • Alex Diner – Head of External Affairs and Campaigns, National Housing Federation
  • Ben Cooper – Research Manager and Head of the Fabian Housing Centre, Fabian Society
  • More speakers TBC
